We appreciate your interest in C&M Catering.
My brother, Mark Niewoonder and I started catering parties
for our friends in 1986; however, we received so many
requests that we decided to go into business, using only
word of mouth advertising. Eight years ago it became a full
time business when my daughter Melissa joined me, and Mark
“retired”. We have now been catering in the Kalamazoo area
for over sixteen years. In 2000 we purchased a building
where we designed our new kitchen. We moved on the first day
of spring, 2001.
We cater all types of events from business gatherings,
graduations and birthday parties to weddings and tailgate
parties. There is no required minimum order. All of our
foods are home made and freshly prepared for you. We will
supply hot plates, as well as cold platters so that the food
will stay fresh for several hours. Most prices include set
up, serving and clean up. Bartender service is also
available. All menu items are available Ala Carte.
Our payment policy is 10% deposit at the time of
reservation, 50% one week prior to the event, along with
your final number of guests, with full payment on the day of
the event. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and
American Express.
We are very flexible and will be happy to make changes to
any menu, or even supply completely different types of food
choices according to your needs.
